Alcobond Industries researchers possess significant experience in the respective fields of metallurgy, polymers, copolymers, plastics and bonding of metals with plastics and other related materials. We develop a synergistic relationship with our licensees by first evaluating each licensee’s specific requirements, and by working together to study the local environment, geography, ambient conditions and commercial market situation. Next, we advise upon the production line, which
is carefully custom-designed to match our licensee’s requirements exactly, with machinery installation supervised by our highly skilled technicians. We conduct an in-depth training program for our partners, guiding them upon the use of raw materials, ensuring only the best materials are used at every stage of the production process, before the complete product is delivered to end users.

Our quality control system, which is a continuous and ongoing process, mandates that all of our licensees are contractually obligated to constantly provide us with critical production and laboratory test information and physical panel samples, which are monitored, tracked and archived in our headquarters in the USA. We conduct our own laboratory tests, spot-checking random batches, and regularly visiting our partners’ facilities to ensure that our standards are strictly maintained. If any licensees fail to follow our stringent guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend their license to produce our brands of composite panels, thus guaranteeing that the ALCOBOND® and ALCOFORT® Aluminum Composite panels reaching you are always of the very highest quality, and that you always get what you pay for – only the best.
