◆ CONTROLLED PROCESS

Five checks between raw material and finished surface.

  1. 01 — Coil Preparation: We start with high-grade aluminum coil, cleaned, pretreated, and inspected for surface quality before it enters the coating line.
  2. 02 — Coating: The coil passes through a continuous coating line, applying color and finish under controlled temperature and thickness tolerances.
  3. 03 — Lamination: Two coated aluminum skins are bonded to the core under heat and pressure, forming a single rigid composite panel.
  4. 04 — Cutting: Panels are precision-cut to the customer's required length and dimensions, with edges finished for a clean, ready-to-install product.
  5. 05 — Inspection: Every panel is checked for flatness, adhesion, and finish consistency, then packed and prepared for dispatch to the project site.
